Pam has been working in the Healthcare and Information Technology field for over 25 years. Her experience spans IT operations, customer service management, IT service management, workflow development and process improvement. Pam’s years of IT operations and customer service has provided her the understanding and expertise necessary to work closely with clients to effectively develop workflow management and process documentation, including identifying areas for process improvement. Pam excels at customer service management, process improvement, help desk implementation and project management.

Pam holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration as well as certifications in ITIL and Operational Support and Analysis.

Eileen Tennity

Eileen began her Information Technology career in 1986 working with early Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and proprietary Health Information Systems (HIS). Her experience spans network implementations and design, HL7 Interface implementations, IT operations, project management, and national customer service management, and process improvement. Eileen’s years of project and customer experience allow her to work with clients to quickly develop project management and process documentation, identify areas for process improvement. Eileen excels at process improvement, project management, process automation, and technical implementations.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, and also has her PMI certification.

Robert Burghardt

Robert began his career providing technical support at Computer Associates for customers of one of the first windows-based database software applications. He quickly worked his way on to the development team using Windows C/C++. In 1996, Robert moved on to a small start-up company where he worked on smart phone applications for UPS. He then went to work for a mutual fund company and bank where he honed his project management skills incorporating disciplines in use today from the Capability Maturity Model from Carnegie-Mellon University. As the Internet matured, Robert learned many web-development programming skills including HTML, JavaScript, .NET, ColdFusion and others.

More recently, Robert worked as a Project Manager and Director of Operations for a local company servicing the healthcare industry, philanthropy, pharmaceutical, legal, business intelligence and many other industries.

In his spare time, Robert tries to hit the golf links as often as possible and is a big sports fan, especially of his favorite teams, the Mets, Giants and Islanders (but we don’t hold that against him).

Robert graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Computer Science.

Curtis Richet

Curtis has over 15 years of information technology experience working in a multitude of industries including: healthcare, technology, legal, insurance, manufacturing, and chemical. He has a thorough and broad background in infrastructure technology and specializes in the architecture, management, and implementation of numerous enterprise solutions and migrations. Curtis’ wide range of skills and experiences in numerous industries allows him to efficiently and effectively perform projects on time and within scope and always exceeding the client’s expectations. Curtis has an in-depth knowledge of current infrastructure technologies such as desktop/application virtualization through Citrix and server virtualization through VMWare.

Curtis attended the University of Pittsburgh and majored in Electrical Engineering. He has earned certifications as a Microsoft MCSE, , Citrix CCA, Novell Engineer, Certified Lotus Principle CLP.

Steven A. Phillips

Steve began his Information Technology career in 1988 implementing and supporting varied IT infrastructure environments. He has a proven track record in architecting, deploying and managing information technology infrastructure solutions. Steve’s experience includes aggressively seeking, delivering and managing global solutions including network and system design, data center assessment and planning, and complex storage environments. He is ITIL certified in IT Service Management and is known for his creative thinking and ability to present and convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics with a focus in International Comparative Studies.
